I’m Hanna as you might have guessed already!

I’m so glad you’re here!

I started this blog to shine more light on my DIY journey and hopefully inspire YOU to tackle your own DIY projects and create a warm, inviting, and comfortable home.

For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated with all things home renovations.

I still remember watching HGTV shows and thinking “I could do that! I just need my own place!”

Now as a homeowner and DIY lover, I can make my dreams a reality by doing the work and creating a simple home one project at a time.

If I’m not painting a room, building a piece of furniture, or planning my next project most likely I’m chasing my two beautiful girls around the house or cooking a family meal with them.

We are a very outdoorsy family and love to travel.

We also try to involve kiddos as much as possible in our projects and teach them life skills.

I’d say my husband Alex and I make a pretty good team: we’ve worked together building several businesses, tackled big(for us) renovations, and stayed together through it all.

Now as a full-time mom and homemaker, I love transforming spaces around our house to create a more functional and enjoyable home for my family.
